I can't find any way to contact anyone at Upwork with regards to this issue so I am posting it here and maybe someone at Upwork will see it. Also maybe someone else has had this problem recently.
The credit card I had on file with Upwork was only used to pay my monthly membership fee. I did not use it anywhere else.
A couple weeks ago I was informed by my bank of fraudulent charges on that card. These were charges unrelated to Upwork.
The card information is stored on Upwork.
Therefore what I am concerned about is what if the card details were breached/leaked/hacked from Upwork?
What I am asking Upwork to do is to investigate whether there was breach in their system which they may or may not be aware of from which the card details were taken
Given that I don't use the card anywhere else I don't know where the leaked information would have come from.
