Payment didn't reach to my bank account

Hello everyone

I have trouble with payment. I requested get paid for $77 then I've got e-mail from upwork to accept my request (attached). But payment did not reach my bank account. I contacted with my bank's officials and they said they haven't got any transfer from upwork. Can you help me?

I can confirm that your withdrawal was successful. Please keep in mind that It can take between 2 to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your bank account.
