Payment from Upwork to Paypal rejected.

Hello,

 So I have been trying this for a while, knowing that both my Upwork and Paypal emails match, I still do not receive any payment while requesting it, instead, I get as message indictating that my payment has been rejected, and then, Upwork proceedes to disable my payment method. 

 Anyway to solve this?
