Payment has not arrived for top rated freelancer

I am a top rated freelancer with an hourly contract. The payment is supposed to be available a week after the work week. Why is mine still not available? I asked a cousin of mine and his is available.

Either it's not available YET, or the client's payment didn't go through at the first attempt, in which case it is not available for early release.
