Payment hasn't arrived

Hello,
I made a withdrawal tomorrow but hasn't received the payment.

Hi Junaid,

 

I checked, and it looks like you withdrew your funds via Direct to Local Bank. For Direct to Local Bank payments, it can take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. Holidays in the US and in your location can also delay the process. Please let us know if after 8 business the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you. You might want to check the following help articles for more information:

Could you please check why my payment got delayed? Is there any mistake in my bank account or what? My work name was **Edited for Community Guidelines** and my bank account name is **Edited for Community Guidelines** is this an issue??

And please let me know the associated email id of my Upwork account because I am not getting any emails from Upwork. Thanks

As Joanne shared before, the Direct to Local Bank payments can take up to four business days to arrive at your bank, taking into consideration that holidays can cause a delay in the arrival of your funds. If after 8 business days you haven't received the funds, feel free to let us know, so we can initiate a trace.

I wanted to confirm that your withdrawal was processed on 28-January, Thursday, UTC. As such, your fourth business day falls on 3-February, Wednesday, UTC.

 

As Luiggi has mentioned in his post, we can only trace transactions after eight business days. If you still haven't received your withdrawal after eight business days (9-February, Tuesday), please reach out to the team through your open support ticket so that they can assist you further.
