Payment is not processing

Greetings

I am trying to buy more connects but this error comes up

 

Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later.

Hi Ahzam,

 

I would recommend checking with your bank if your account is enabled for international charges. Or you can try adding another Billing Method. Thank you.

It is enabled for international transactions, Upwork requested for ID and I submitted it 24 hours ago still I cannot proceed with payment.
