Payment is not yet transferred for 2 weeks.

Hi,

I have not yet received my payment that is confirmed on 18th July which in transaction history is shown "Withdrawal , Direct to Local Bank Transfer to xxx". The strange thing is I already received the payment that confirmed on 25th July which is supposed to come later. I already checked with my local bank and they said there is nothing in queue.

Please kindly check on Upwork side if there is some delay in payment process or procedure.
