Payment issue

Hello, I have an issue as I did not make a payment from my account. But received a notification that a payment has been made. It showed my account number but I did not receive any payment. But my main issue is that I did not request this payment that has been made on my account. Kindly assist.

It was a regularly scheduled wthdrawal according to the sachedule you yourself have set.

If it was "direct to local account" then it takes 2 to 4 business days to process.
As long as it showed your account number, it's all fine.

Were any of your funds 6 months old or older? Funds can't stay on your Upwork account any lonher than that

Yes, they were older than 6 months. Maybe this was the reason. Thanks for your assistance.

Indeed. As Upworj isn't a bank, so fund can't be kept on Upwork for longer,
