Hi I withdrew my payment on dec21st ,it's been 10 days still I didn't receive my payment.

I can confirm your withdrawal had been processed on Upwork but the delay with receiving the funds is probably due to the public holidays in the US and India. If your funds don't arrive eight business days after receiving the withdrawal confirmation email (excluding the non-working days), please contact Customer Support and our team will assist you further.
