Payment issue

Two weeks ago one of my clients did chargeback  so Upwork took my money and they told me I can not withdraw my funds until I return the complete amount but yesterday they emailed me 

Dear Hamza

We’re writing to let you know that your client’s payment on Contract ID# ------ with *, * was unsuccessful for the week of February 28, 2022 - March 06, 2022.

We’ve reviewed your work diary and are pleased to inform you that your hours are qualified for Upwork’s Hourly Payment Protection.

 

 

but still, my money has not been returned to me and I can not withdraw available funds please help me thanks in advance&nb;

I can see that you already have an open ticket regarding this issue. One of our agents will update your ticket and assist you further.
