So my agency name was**Edited for community guidelines**.I am not being paid by this agency for the weeks I have worked and my payment is still pending and this is very unprofessional and I would take all the required action

Sipra, Upwork does not get involved with agencies paying freelancers, because such payment is done outside of Upwork.

It's something you need to sort out with your agency.
