Payment issue

Hello.

I work as a translator, and recently, a client and I agreed to work on a 0.06$ per word rate. The client made a first milestone as a 10$, and later added 34$ according to the agreed price. However, the client is not responsive for over 2 weeks now, and the Upwork sysment only payed me 10$ since the other 34$ is not activated. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks.

The second milestone was never funded, so there is nothing you can do.

In future, don't do more work than is funded in Escrow. 

You can't dispute funds that are not in Escrow.
