Payment issue

Yesterday, I requested for withdrawl from upwork to my bank account and received  an email from upwork that "You requested for this" something like that. But never received the process success email that includes converted price to my local currency which I received early on in the previous transaction. After few hours, I got to know that my bank account has been closed due to no verification of documents and the grace period expired. Is this because of that?

I checked your account, and it looks like there is already a notification that your payment has been processed. You can also check your Transaction History for the amount converted in your local currency. 


As for your concern with the closed bank account that you have used to withdraw your earnings, if this is the case, the funds you have withdrawn will be returned to your Upwork account. Please make sure to add an active account to withdraw your earnings. Here's the help article for more information.
