Payment issues with upwork

Hi I'm new to upwork.
By April I got one project, it's hourly base.
I finish the project, client didn't allow me to add time.

When project ending stage, he allow me to add time, I enter the time work.

Project finish, he release payment but suddenly it get refunded due to some upwork policy.

Now the client is unresponsive... Chase him for more than three months..no response...contact support to get client details no response..

I know the upwork hourly policy now, please give solution for that project issues.

1. Aggressively purge your heart and mind of all desire to obtain any money for that long-over project. That residual desire is holding you back.

2. Learn from your mistakes with this project. So that you won't make the same mistakes again in the future.
