Payment issues

I made a withdrawal since Friday. It’s Monday today and I still haven’t been paid. Please help.

Hi Immaculata,

 

I checked the transactions and can confirm that they were successful from our end. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transactions are processed within four business days. If the transactions don't reflect on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read up on this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timings and Fees.

Hello
Please I made 2 withdrawals on my account.
Apparently, my bank was disabled and only one of the withdrawals was refunded.
Please can I get a refund of the first withdrawal?
Dated November 7th 2020.

Simply wait. It takes 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and is automatic.

And please don't spam. One post per issue is enough.
