Payment method couldn't add

Hi,
This is Tareq. I couldn’t add my payment method. I used my valid information but it still keeps saying "we are sorry! we are experiencing a technical problem and can not process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."

Please help me with this problem.

Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?
