I noticed when I looked at my payments pending that there was a message saying "Your payment method has been deactivated because the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account."
My previously verified name was listed as: Alessandra but my contract says my name is Alessandr.
My drivers license does say Alessandr but all of my bank/official documents say my real name Alessandra...
What can I do to fix this?

Hello,
All you need to do contact upwork support and tell them, you want to change your name on upwork profile exactly the same as you have on your bank account. Tell them you typed mistakenly and did not aware at that time.
so they will take two or three days and review your details again and change it.
but remember this is a one time process, you cannot change your name frequently.
however there is no other way to activate your payment. as upwork strictly ask to make same name as on your bank account
