Payment method disenabled and payment rejected

I have been receiving funds in my mpesa for a while, but  on trying to withdraw now, it says that the payment failed and my payment method is disabled. On trying to enable and request funds again, I receive the same error message. Kindly help as I am incurring withdrawal charges every other time I try.
