Hi, Upwork supporter,
2 Days ago I added a new payment method ( the email is the same as my Upwork email) and already used this payment account for my agency account. And yesterday I checked and I saw that this account was inactive, I uploaded my ID and bank statement to follow Upwork the email but still have no reply. Please help me check my case, I can verify this is my account.
