I could not add my payment method.
Please tell me if anyone know to resolve this issuje.

Regarding your billing method, you need to check with your bank for more information on why the specific charge was declined. You can also check this help article to learn more about acceptable billing methods.


Regarding your withdrawal method, our team already sent you an email a few weeks ago with more information including a secure link to start the verification in order to make this withdrawal method active. I suggest that you follow up on the link to complete the requested verification.
