Payment method verification status

Its been 4-5 days that i have updated my payment method, but it keeps on showing "inactive". I just want to know that is there a mistake on my end or is it still in the verfication process?

Hi Ahmad,

 

I assume you mean "Withdrawal" method, right?

 

Chances are you have not yet completed your tax information.

 

Nobody can withdraw any funds without a valid W8-BEN on file. Go to your Settings - Tax Info on the left, and follow the steps. Your withdrawal method, provided there is no name mismatch,  should be active immediately afterwards.

 

Ask if you still have problems!
