Hi there,
I haven't been able to be paid yet because there was an issue with me using a nickname (the name I go by) as my name on Upwork and that didn't match my legal name that was on my bank account.
I've attached the pop up that has been there since day 1. I have changed my name on my Upwork account and waited a couple of weeks for the manual review process yet nothing has changed.
Would it be possible to have someone manually review my account because I'm sure it's a very easy fix; maybe a glitch or something?
