My payment methods have been inactive since the start of my project last week even though I have completed the necessary forms requested by Upwork. I haven't received payment for the last week of billing despite invoices being generated. Please help me get paid on time. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that were not able to get paid on schedule. However, I have checked your account and it looks like you need to have a completed and up-to-date Tax Information on this page in order for your payment method to be active. Please feel free to contact your local accountant or tax advisor if you have questions about your filing status and to make sure you have the proper permit to work in your location.

Thank you for your response. I have filled and completed the W-8BEN provided on the Tax Information page. The issue still exists.
