Payment not processing

Hey i dont know what is happening but i have processed a payment here in my country pakistan and the payment has not been processed till this date the time is more than 24 hours now which usually takes 20 minutes and if a person needs it quickly he will be stuck @upwork should take care of it because i needed it that time very specifically and now i am stuck with this system

So i have withdrawn some amount from upwork to my bank account where it was confirmed to be withdrawn 3 days ago but not processed till this date and i have been making tickets and everyone is  telling me it will take time 3 days 4 days and its been 3 days and i needed that money urgently and now i am stuck with that i dont know the problem what are they doing it should not have taken that long the costumer support is so bad that they are not even trying to do anything just telling me to wait even after telling them help me out i need it urgently what kind of service is this even pay back your half share you take our money to provide us service and you even **bleep** up in that i will specifically tell everyone dont use this platform 

i dont know what to do i am stuck i am litterally so stuck
