Payment not received after 3 week of withdraw

I requested payment on 18 dec 2019. 

After 8 business day passed they  initiated a trace

I also fot email that we created trace and will update you as soon as we have update. 

Today 10th Jan 2020. No update. Does anyone know how much does it take to trace the funds. Thank you
