Payment not received in local bank after scheduled withdrawal

Hi, I need help. My withdrawal was scheduled for 12 May and my Upwork transaction History says it has been processed on 12 May. Today on 17 May, I contacted my bank and they said that they haven't received the above-mentioned payment. Can you please help me locate my funds?
