Hi, I just completed a gig for 70$. My client said he paid me a bonus of 10$. Now the contract has ended and it has been more than a week. My account only shows the bonus in the earnings available now section and not the 70$

Hi Palak, 

 

I checked and it looks like the funds are currently pending. I can see that this is for an hourly contract. When working hourly contracts, all-time logged in the Work Diary by the freelancer is automatically invoiced to the client using the schedule below.

 

  • Week 1 – Freelancer logs time using the Upwork desktop app and Work Diary.
  • Week 2 – Hours within the weekly limit invoice to your clients on Monday. They have until Friday to review the work. Then the review period ends.
  • Week 3 – Earnings become available on the following Wednesday.

You can check your Transaction History page to view the date when the funds should be available. Here's the help article for more information.
