Payment not received

Hi there,

 

Badly need help ASAP regarding my payment. I actually preferred direct to Local bank for my weekly payment and it's my first time using it. I recently used paypal. Just this morning I withdraw funds from upwork direct to local bank. My account name matched the name on my bank however, I just reviewed my bank account number and I realized that I put incorrect Bank account number during the registration.

What will happen to my funds? Please assist. I badly need help.

Hi Eljun,

 

If the payment method you used is incorrect, the money will be refunded back to your Upwork account which usually takes from 7 to 10 days.

I appreciate your advise Joanne. Now at least I'm getting peace of mind. Do you still have to track the payment for the refund to push through?
