Payment not received

I made a withdrawal on Sunday and I haven’t received it yet, normally it doesn’t take this long . I contacted my bank and this was their response, check attached file.. please look into this , it’s a matter of urgency...

As was explained to you, if you haven't received the funds after 8 (eight) business days (which exclude weekends and holidays), a trace can be initiated

Also, Sunday was not 4 business days ago, It's not even Wednesday yet where Upwork are. So you're on business day 2, 3 at the most (Sunday does NOT count as a business day, Monday was business day 1, Tuesday was business day 2, today is just the very start of business day 3)
