Payment not received

Hi,

I haven't received my payment for much longer than usual. I see that there was a technical issue report with "getting paid" on the exact date that it was issued. Could this be the reason?

The date of the technical report is 18.8.2021;
This is also the date that my scheduled weekly payment was meant to be issued.
