Payment not received

Hi,

I have requested my payment twice and it was withdrawed on Oct 29th and 30th.

Strangely I have recived the one which was processed on the 30th but not the 29th.

I've called my local bank and checked already and they said they can't track of anything.

What can I do to this problem?

I checked and both transactions you're referring to have been processed on our end. Please note that it may take up to four business days for Direct to Local Bank withdrawals to arrive (weekends and bank holidays may cause slight delays).
