Payment not recieved after 14 days of submitting work

I had a job of 150 dollars. I completed the work and submitted it. The client responded well but when I asked him to release payment he just disappeared. I read on upwork that I should get payment after 14 days of submit but I did not recieved the payment. It is still under review. I submitted work on 1/07/2022 and today is 15/07/2022. 14 days are gone but no payment recieved. Please tell me what should I do

Hi Shakeel,

Thank you for your message. As seen on your contract page, the work was submitted 13 days ago. Please allow 14 days to complete for the milestone payment to be released to you.

Thanks. I was counting it according to date I saw on reports
