Payment not recieved after withdrawl(direct to my local bank).

i need help. i withdrawl money from my upwork account on 6th november. but i didn't received money in my personal account. i contacted my bank representative. he said you cannot receive money in this account so the money should have been bounced back. please help locate my money..

Did ur problem solved??

Upwork did their job in best helping way but Nop never resolved because now it involved our country banks and you know they all **Edited for community guidelines** in work.
