I'm Alfred. I'm a beginner here at upwork. I just got hired for my 1st job a few days back. As requested by the client, I had completed the work within the specified deadline and had submitted the final work through the " submit work and request payment button " on June 24th, 2018. That was 15days ago. Like I said, I'm a beginner here and back then, I was not familiar with the payment releasing terms and conditions of Upwork. So I requested for the payment again on June 30th and that was 9days ago. I also checked the job posting before accepting the job offer and it was already funded in escrow amount. So no worries there. So my question is that , do I have to wait for 14days from the date of the 2nd submission? If not, and if it's based on the 14days from the date of 1st submission of work, then it's already past the above said 14days. Actually It's been 15days since the first submission of work. I also tried contacting the client through messages once at the time of 1st submision itself and still no response from the client but it's fine actually, the client must be busy with some other works. What should I do now? Please let me know . It would be really helpful for me. Please refer the screenshots that I had attached for further details.

Yes.
Every time you click on "Resubmit" you reset the 14 day timer and it starts at day 14.
