Payment not transferred to Local Bank

Dear Concerned,

I requested payment on Apr 16, 2021, at 11:34 PM, $s on 1st of march and I received a confirmation email but still the payment has not been transferred to my local bank. In the normal parlance I receive funds in 1 hour. 

I am wondering why upwork is taking so long to transfer funds.

Please keep in mind that  It can take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If you have not received the funds after 8 business days let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction. Thank you!

Ok noted. It's been 4 days today but I can see that not 4 business days.
