Payment not yet received on my local bank

I made a withdrawal yesterday and it went through, I even received a confirmation email but the amount has not yet been reflected in my local bank. What could be wrong?

If you withdrew to a bank account, that can take 2 to 5 business days (yesterday was Sunday and hence not a business day)

 

If you haven't received the funds in 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), you can ask Upwork to initiate a trace, but it's barely business day Nr. 1 .
