Hi,

I'd like to withdraw the money I've earned to Paypal. I want to do thin ON DEMAND only, without any schedule. But when I click [Get Paid Now] and choose PayPal, then a weekly/monthly/quarterly schedule is being set.

Is it possible to add PayPal account and withdraw ON DEMAND?

Regards

Hubert

I want to eat cake without my blood sugar going up.

We don't always get what we want.

Hubert,

It means that your payment schedule will be paused until you exceed the balance or time limit provided in the schedule you've set up. Once the limit is exceeded, the funds will automatically be disbursed as per your schedule.

However you can use the 'Get Paid Now' button that I mentioned in my previous message to withdraw your funds whenever you choose, irrespective of the schedule.

Sorry. That is not possible.

ETA:

Forum moderator Nina's explanation is much better than what I said above.

One thing you can't do is earn money on Upwork and then withdraw money immediately to your PayPal account. Money needs to go through the regular security periods, or waiting periods, after you have earned it, before you are able to withdraw it. But once that money is in the "available" status box in your account, you can indeed click a button to withdraw it "on demand," and you don't need to adhere to any type of withdrawal schedule.

Of course it is, it just requires a little bit of planning.

Set it to $ 1000 every 3 months and make sure you don't have $ 1000 or more sitting in your Upwork account AND that no funds are older than 180 days those 4 times a year.

Then you can withdraw "on demand" any time you like.

Hi Hubert,

Just to clarify, you can always utilize the green ' Get Paid Now" button that you see in your Get Paid settings, however you will also need to implement a schedule with your disbursement method.
