Payment on hold

Hi there,
My client paid for the completed task as a bonus (as there was no milestone). On the next day, upwork suspended client's account & hold my payment. Will I get the payment or not? Thanks

I would like to confirm that our team has already reached out to your client to assist them further with their problem.
I would also like to clarify that milestones are designed for fixed price contracts. Since you`re hired on an hourly contract you will need to track your time with our Desktop app.
