Hi Ardit,

First of all, you should change your pic as this kind of pics are not accepted, plus they don't look professional IMO.
To see and manage your earnings go to your Overview page under Reports. Payments go through security period before being available.

Hope that helps!

Edited: Several people can't work on the same account. You should have an agency instead of individual freelancer account.
