My withdrawal 15 days ago still not processed, what to do?

My payment request has not been processed yet, it is already 6 days now, what to do?

I have the same issue before and it took 2 weeks to be processed.

Is there a problem with the Direct to Local Bank method? Any thing that I can do to speed up the process?

Just like the subject, the withdrawal still not processed yet. Can anyone take a look at this? I'm afraid the payment will be lost forever if I let it be.
