Payment processed verification email did not come

Hi team, 


I requested a payment on Friday 13th of March in 6:43am (if not mistaken) and only received the first email notifying me about the request. The second one which confirms that the payment has been proccessed has not yet arrived. Is there a reason for that?

I checked the transaction and it seems that it's still in process. Please note that Direct to Local Bank transaction is processed within four business days. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after eight business days, you can come back here, and we will assist you further. Please also take note that bank holidays both in the U.S, and your location may affect these withdrawals. In the meantime, please read up on this help article for more information about Direct to Local Bank Timings and Fees.

Additionally, I checked and found only one notification sent to you regarding the payment confirmation, but not that the payment has been processed. Could you please send me a private message with more information on this including a screenshot of the notification?
