I had requested a payment on 10-Dec-2018. As per Upwork policy payments need to be processed in 1 business day. However, in this case today (13-Oct) is fourth business day.
This is a direct to local bank transfer request. I understand that post payment processing it may take 4-5 days for funds to arrive in the bank. But, the payment processing itself is taking 2 days+(yet to be processed). And up until now, I haven't received the 'your payment has been processed' e-mail since I received the payment confirmation via e-mail. Is this delay normal?

I checked the transaction you are referring to and it looks like this is still in process. I'll check this with the team and get back to you once I have more information.

I just received a response from Upwork Help Center, it's said that the withdrawal that I have made on December 10th for the amount of $62.21, has not been processed yet.
