Payment release issue

Greetings!

Hello Upwork I have faced a little problem. 15 days ago I have successfully completed a job with **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I noticed that he didn't release my payment and he goes off line. Now what can I do?. Check  screen shot  and please help.

I can't see anything on the screenshot - did you correctly submit the work for payment via the submit for payment function on the contract?

If yes, the money will be released 14 days after the last time you clicked on "submit for payment" or "resubmit", unless the c client requests changes.
