Payment request failure

Hi Everyone, I requested payment of my funds to my USD account on 8th March, I received a mail today informing me that my payment request failed and the funds returned to my Upwork account. I am still not sure what went wrong as the mail did not give a further explanations. I really need help on navigating as I need the funds urgently. Thanks
