Payment still under review [Payoneer]

Hi there,

I made a withdrawl from my upwork account on Decembr 26th, 2020. My balance from upwork was obviously deducted, but my payoneer account still shows payment as 'pending'. It's been around 4 days, and I am still not getting any sort of clarity with respect to my payment. I tried reaching out to Payoneer help center but they are not responding as well.

Can anybody please help here?

Hi Hamza,

Just to confirm, did you received the confirmation email on how to load your funds from Payoneer? If you have selected the standard option, please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 business days for the funds to be loaded on your account. Thank you.

Umm, this is not the first time I transferred funds from upwrok into
payoneer. I do it every month. But this time, I got an email from upwork
that they have sent the funds, but for some reason paynoeer is not clearing
that amount.
