Payment to another account

I want to send payment to my friend PayPal account.  Is it possible?

You may withdraw money from Upwork only to an account with your name as the account owner. The name needs to be the same name as your Upwork profile name, which needs to be your real name.

AFTER you withdraw money to your own PayPal account, then you may indeed send money from it to your friend's account.
