Payment to local bank failed

I tried to withdraw funds to my local bank account and i got this message;

"We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."

i tried again after a minute and got this message,

"Payment method invalid"

please help i need to withdraw urgently.

Hello Syed, unfortunately I don't have a solution but I'm experiencing exactly the same issue and thought if I added this fact to your message it might help to get the issue sorted sooner!

I'm a bit concerned that I've never had to go 'incognito' before to transfer money. This solved it this time but what's changed as I've never had to do this before?
