Payment verification.

Hi there!
So my name is Laura Kathleen S. Since I was 2 yes old I’ve went by “Katie” So that is the name I put on my profile.... while when I filled out my tax info on upwork & my identity verification.... I used my legal name. So today I login my account and it says my payment method is inactive and under review due to the name on my bank not matching? So I called customer service he told me to go into my contact info and update it to reflect “Laura” not Katie. So I did that. Now it’s showing “Active Jun 18” under my instant card payment method. Does that mean I’m not going to be able to withdraw my pay tomorrow? And that I’ll have to wait until 18th? This is ridiculous!
