As a freelancer recently tried to connect Transferwise to UpWork.

Correct me if I am wrong - I should receive 2 payments on my TransferWise account which I will have to type into Upwork to verify it is really me. 

Approximately, what is awaiting time for these transfers?

Maybe I was not clear about it. I meant withdrawing funds from account

Yes that is correct, in order to be able to withdraw funds from your account you will need to add a Payment Method. Please refer to the guide I`ve shared in my previous post to learn more about our available payment methods.
