Payment was initiated on the 17th and my money is not in my PayPal account yet

Hi there,
I've received the confirmation email to say my payment was initiated on the 17th and my funds are not in my PayPal account yet. I already have an open request that I logged regarding this issue. I would just like to know how long this can take.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay with receiving your payment. Our team will follow up on the update you posted recently on your open ticket so please avoid creating additional tickets in order to keep all the information in one place.

My chat session with the first consultant unexpectedly disconnected. Hence the two open tickets. In the future I'll wait for them to get back to me, should we get disconnected again.

I was told rather to wait before I withdraw funds to PayPal until this has been resolved. So, I'm trying to get an idea of how long this will take.

I’ve created a Payoneer Debit Card Account and added that as a method of payment, but that will also take a few days.
